On this Easter Sunday, I am listening to my wonderful church's General Conference. Most of the talks today have been spoken about what Christ did for us. And when you think about it, no one can imagine what Christ felt as he suffered for our sins in gethsemane. Jesus Christ bled from every pore, and He felt every pain that we have felt, in a small time, when we feel our pains over a lifetime. Jesus Christ overcame death and was resurrected, and because he was resurrected, we will too. And isn't that an awesome feeling-to know that we will live again in perfection! For me that is amazing, because I know that even after I die, I will be able to live again with my family. That, for me, is the greatest feeling in the world. And I also know that Christ atoned for my sins, so that I can repent for my sins and be clean. I love knowing these things because this makes me happy. Christ did so much for us, and I know that when I think that no one else has gone through what I have gone through, I can know that He has. Isn't that amazing?
Happy Easter everyone! And enjoy the blessings of the Savior.
He is my Prince of Peace and the King of Kings.

Six Word Memoirs
Just some past writing on books that I've read:
Song of the Sparrow
Lisa Ann Sandell
How could you take him away?
I felt like that annoying kid.
And I felt bad why, thinking…
The Princess Diaries
Meg Cabot
Did you really just say that?
You see, I’ve got this crush…
Why can’t you understand my problems?!
Princess in the Spotlight
Meg Cabot
He wrote those letters to me?
Did I really just say yes?
Why did he kiss me, anyway?
Party Princess
Meg Cabot
I’m not meant to do this.
I wish I could impress him…
Am I really the right girl?
Vampire Academy
Richelle Mead
Never thought you would be first.
I’m really not like that… sometimes…
Don’t worry about me, but you.
Bound
Donna Jo Napol
Sometimes dreams do come true, right?
Just wish it could be me.
And they lived happily ever after.
Project Paris
Lisa Brown
That outfit is so last year.
Walked in at the WRONG MOMENT
Can you say fabulous girlfriend, please!

LIfe Lesson: Music
I've had music in my life ever since I was a child. And it's done so much for me. I can sing, dance, and know Bible stories. Today in Sunday school, we learned about Joseph. He was sold into slavery by his brothers at 17, sent to prison for something he didn't do, and then became the Pharaoh's #1 man. I knew the whole story before we began, why? Because of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, a MUSICAL! I wanted to sing the whole lesson, and did...but don't you see (whoever "you" are) what music can do for a person. Music can lift you up, and teach you so many things.

I Survived a Slurpy Attack
Let's recap what you've missed in my life, since I last posted something.
1. I'm getting a splint retainer thing for my jaw.
2. I've had a lot of freakin' homework, and it sucks.
3. I love dancing--6 days a week.
4. I survived that slurpy attack. (It was very traumatizing.)
5. Some 7th graders think I'm a creeper. (And I'm not explaining that one...)
6. I had a weird St. Patricks Day....
But I will explain St. Patricks Day. I wish I had a camera at school today. It was really cool to see how many shades of green were in the hallway. It was the most amazing thing, I think I've ever seen. With so many students at our school, the hallways are like sardine cans. Although that may be, it was really spectacular to see the many greens in the hallway. And now I've got to do all my AP/honors homework that I've been procrastinating. And I said sorry to those 7th graders....because I yelled at them, and I felt bad...

My First Pair of Pointe Shoes
Here they are before they died:
This is the photo of them that got published in the Sun Magazine for military kids in the pacific area-Korea, Guam, and Japan.
UPDATE:
I got new pointe shoes today! They're so pretty and clean! And very hard! I can't move them at all! CRAZY!

Just Some Thoughts: Unexpectedness
Sometimes things happen that you can't control. And lately unexpected things have happened. But although unexpected, they happened for a reason. The trials in the last 5 months have been hard. First, I leave everything I know and love-my home, Japan.Second, when I do find something to get me through, it ends. And third I have the hardest time finding friends. I think I've taken so many things for granted. My family, my friends, and the Lord. You can get so caught up in your own perfect life, that it makes it so hard to leave. The kids at my school don't seem to understand, but I know someone else does. My Heavenly Father, and my Prince of Peace. Jesus Christ suffered so much more than anyone else has, and many people forget that, including me. But to make you feel even more ungrateful, you are blessed once again, by God. I was given Choraliers, which has given me a chance to make some friends. Being blessed like that tells me I should never have doubts that God and Jesus Christ love me and know me personally. I also have the love of a wonderful family. My family is the best, and are extremely important to me.
These things have happened to me for an important purpose. God has a plan for everyone.
Just some thoughts,
Robyn

Leaving Oki
It was much harder than I thought it would be to leave....I don't know what that island has done to me, but it has change me in many ways that I never thought about. I took for granted the nice Okinawans, and the clean restaurants and stores. It really never occured to me in Oki how wonderful it was there. Then I come one and am charged $2.30 for a Purelife water bottle that is only worth $.75. I'm never going to forget Oki, because it was such a wonderful time for me there. I'm going to miss all my friends, and I hope I'll get to see them again. I had such wonderful friends that took me for who I am, and not for the person on the outside. I hope I touched their lives in the same way they touched mine. When I hear that the good-bye letter I wrote to Reagan was sent to her family in the states, saying, "A nice mormon girl gave this to Reagan." It shows that I am an example of the believers.
